Where can I find the cheapest Certified Diamond online?

I'm looking for a GIA, EGL or IGI stone. It seems the best selection and prices seem to be online. Does anyone have any experience with any online retailers or where i can find the best diamond deal price online?

I have several friends who have purchased diamonds online (from Adiamor, Abazias, James Allen, and Amazon.com) who said everything went well for them. I saw the package for the Amazon.com one, and I was impressed--not your typical Amazon.com book packaging; it included a handout on cleaning jewelry, a nice enough ring box, etc.

As for finding the best prices, I recommend using a diamond search engine. Two I've used are Diamond Price Guru and Pricescope (links below). They both pull the inventory information from many online retailers, over a dozen between them, probably closer to 20 retailers. In some cases, you'll even see the exact same diamond (each stat matches perfectly) listed by more than one retailer, and you can easily see which retailer gives you the best price. If other people suggest retailers outside the ones listed on these search engines, certainly try them, too, but by all means use the diamond search engines. The whole reason they were created was to help buyers compare diamonds side-by-side.

As for "cheapest certified diamond online," I just checked the Diamond Price Guru site and saw one for $125.
